for a venue for your corporate Christmas party?
The club has
two clubhouses:
- No 1 Clubhouse: (to the east - nearer the airport &
playground) contains gear storage, lifeguard and member's changing
facilities.
- No 2 Clubhouse: the 2nd building along the beach (to the west
of No 1 building). The club uses the upstairs floor for
training/social rooms. Downstairs are public changing facilities
and toilets.
The #2 clubhouse is available for hire for functions (e.g. 40th
parties) and for corporate meetings. The premises contain a large
indoor area with great views over Lyall Bay, a basic kitchen (with
fridge/freezer), bar area & fridge, tables, chairs and an
outside balcony area suitable for barbeques. You may use our BBQ
but will need to bring your own cutlery, crockery and
glassware.
Typically the club will hold 50 - 70 people
comfortably (standing/sitting). It is not set up for formal
dining but can seat approximately 40 at tables for dining.
The club is booked for regular classes
on Wednesday evenings and Saturday morning until 12noon
and is NOT available for hire during those times.

Note: we do not hire the clubrooms for 18th or 21st
