If you are going to compete at the Central Regionals, Nationals Champs or Ocean Athletes (U14) you must complete and return the Sports trip form by 24 January.
Details about the dates of each trip can be found under "Event Information" menu page on the left. Please complete and return this Sports trip expression of interest form, click on the 'Submit' button and the form will automatically be sent to the sports committee, or you can print it out and post it to Sue Windsor (address on form).Please do this as soon as possible (latest date=24 January) so that the committee can plan the trips.
You need to complete this form even if you have made your own travel and accommodation requirements. Note all U16 & U19 ccompetitors are required to stay with the team at the National Championships.
All entries and travel/accommodaiton arrnagments will be made based on these forms.
If you want to compete at the Northern Regionals please complete the seperate NRC form found in the NRC article
To enter a competition as part of a Lyall Bay team you need to:
1. Be refreshed or newly qualified this season
2.Be a financial member of the Lyall Bay club
3. Have completed an online membership form with SLSNZ
4. Have met any critieria for that competition as set by the coaching team
5. Agree to the conditions for that competition as outlined under each event page
6. Pay any entry fee prior to the closing date for entries. Note that entry fees can not be reimbursed once the entry date has closed.
