Our clubhouse hosts a number of multi-purpose spaces available for hire that cater for everything from corporate meetings, social functions, and much more.

Our venue spaces are incredibly flexible and can be configured in various ways to meet your needs; whether this is a boardroom table or classroom arrangements for corporate meetings, conference or theatre setups for presentations, or bar leaners and open spaces perfect for social gatherings.
There are large screens and a speaker system throughout, controlled through an integrated AV set-up that is perfect for presenting to large groups or displaying photo reels while playing music across the club rooms.

Huetepara Room
Our main space, the Huetepara Room, is a large open space that flows out onto the sunny deck and roof garden. Equipped with bar and catering kitchen, this is a great area for celebrations and social events.
It can be closed off from the rest of the building to create a private space, or opened up to flow across to the Freyberg Room - creating a large open plan space for larger functions.
This space has capacity for 111 people, which is also the capacity for the entire upstairs space when hired together.

Freyberg Room
The Freyberg Room is named in honour of one of our most prestigious members; Sir Bernard Freyberg. The space is located in the eastern side of the building, overlooking the bay and airport.
This area of the club was designed for members to complete training and work. However, it can also be hired out as an extension to the Huetepara Room to create a truly unique space with a number of sections that works perfectly for large functions.
This side by itself has a capacity of 50 people.
